Do you want maximum exposure for your job? Post it as a HOT job. There are several ways that Hot Jobs get more exposure on the website than other jobs:

1. They appear on the Home Page, which no other jobs do.
2. They appear in a special section at the top of the relevant Job Banks (e.g. the Civil Engineering Job Bank or the Electrical Engineering Job Bank).
3. If candidates look for an engineering job using a keyword search, Hot Jobs come up higher in the search results than other jobs.

The cost to post a Hot Job is $100.00 per job for a 60-day listing.

Resume database access is included for no extra cost with your job posting.

Even though this is our highest-visibility job posting, it is significantly less expensive than most of our competitors. You get nationwide exposure for your job posting for less than you would pay to advertise the job in your local newspaper.

Priority jobs - just $63.00 for 60 days!
Priority ads on Engineering Central cost $63.00 US per job for a 60-day listing. Resume database access is also included for no extra cost.

Posting Plans - cut your costs for multiple ad placements.

If you have a lot of jobs to fill and a limited budget, a posting plan may be the way to go. It can be as inexpensive as $5.00 per job (assuming you are using the Gold Plan and using all 100 jobs).

Posting plan jobs run for 30 days from the day they were placed. The jobs appear in the relevant Job Banks (e.g. Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) and are available through keyword searches.

Here are the details on the various posting plans:

Nickel Plan
$150.00 US per month; up to 10 jobs may be posted - resume access included for no extra cost.

Bronze Plan
$220.00 US per month; up to 25 jobs may be posted - resume access included for no extra cost.

Silver Plan
$345.00 US per month; up to 50 jobs may be posted - resume access included for no extra cost.

Gold Plan
$500.00 US per month; up to 100 jobs may be posted - resume access included for no extra cost.

If you run a job ad or ads on Engineering Central, your access to the resume database is included. Resume access is also included with posting plans.

The combination of job ad and resume database is by far your most effective and broad-reach approach, since the number of prime engineering job candidates visiting our site is several times greater than the number who post a resume.
