Saudi Aramco is seeking an Industrial Engineer for its corporate headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

This position requires a BS in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management or other degree with relevant experience in the Organization performance field. Masters’ degree or MBA is desired. Ten (10) years experience in analyzing plants or industrial areas and process systems to advise management of optimal manpower allocation and process improvement initiatives. Management consulting experience with either a major consulting firm or an internal consulting organization in an industrial plant or large manufacturing industry is required.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Strong analytical abilities and written communication skills. Ability to work directly as a trusted advisor with many levels of management from middle to executive management. Oil industry or similar operational experience is highly desirable.

COMMENTS:

Works for the Corporate Industrial Engineering and Management Consulting Group. The group is responsible for providing business solutions/consulting to the company''s management addressing a broad range of issues related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company''s work systems and organizations.
