My client is a fast growing, minority owned $60MM manufacturer of custom switches, sensors and electromechanical devices for multiple industries with their headquarters located in Carol Stream, Illinois. To support our growth we are seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead the activities of the product design area. • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of technical product design engineering experience using Hall Effect technology with sensors in the automotive industry
• A Bachelors of Science in Engineering with a Masters of Science or MBA strongly preferred
• A minimum 5 years management experience
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Made2Manage or similar ERP system
• A reliable, detail oriented leader who believes in continuous improvement as a way of life. A results oriented team player with initiative and flexibility. A hands on leader who enjoys a fast paced environment.
