Our client requires a Refinery Manager, BSChE, BSME (will consider other engineering degrees) with 20+ years previous oil refinery management (or possibly held operations or maintenance manager roles at an oil refinery). Individual will exhibit strong commitment to personnel safety, process safety, environmental, equipment reliability, profit improvement, and employee accountability and serve as change agent in those areas.
Individual must be willing to get in the field and interact with all levels of the refinery organization, have planning/economics experience, job assignments at multiple refineries and knowledgeable in operations excellence initiatives.
Location: Wyoming
Salary: $190,000+
