Our client requires an Operations Manager – Oil Refining, BSChE required with 12+ years in the oil refining industry. Individual must have previous experience as an operations manager in the oil refining industry or held operations or maintenance supervisory roles in a refinery and exhibit strong commitment to personnel safety, process safety, environmental, equipment reliability, profit improvement, and employee accountability and derive job satisfaction from serving as a change agent in those areas.
Fundamental knowledge of refinery conversation units is mandatory. Job duties include assignments at multiple refineries and being knowledgeable in operations excellence initiatives, networking and implementing best practices with other refineries is beneficial.
Location: Wyoming
Salary: $155,000+
