Our client requires a Catalyst R&D Advisor, PhD in Chemistry required with 7+ years as a technical leader in the development of ZN catalysts, 5+ years with a large scale resin producer and demonstrated customer tech service for ZN catalysts to work directly with the new Business Development ZN slot to provide technical support at the plant level for products, customer support under the direction of business development, and technical development of new products to support ZN catalyst growth plans.
Individual will develop and evaluate new ZN Catalysts opportunities in cooperation with other company functions and external organizations, evaluate technical merits of ZN catalysts submitted to the pipeline, handle synthesis of ZN products, bench scale work to support planned projects and develop internal knowledge to less experienced chemists and handle plant support of existing products.
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Salary : $135,000+
