We intend to grow the business into a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. To succeed in this mission, we must take our testing to new levels. If you're a highly motivated individual who is eager to make an impact on quality and how we scale our testing efforts for business applications, we have a role for you on the Dynamics AX team.
The Dynamics AX team is looking for individuals who want to take collaboration and engineering excellence to the next level. We are seeking motivated individuals who have a passion for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), deep knowledge of business processes and technologies, and who enjoy working across geographically diverse teams.

As a SDET II, your core responsibilities will include:
• Refine and Define the Test Strategy
• Enable adoption of engineering excellence/best practices
• Bring visibility to the health of the product
• Improve and Extend Automation Infrastructure
• Design and develop test tools
• Owning and testing features for Microsoft Dynamics AX products
• Developing detailed test cases for both manual and automated tests
• Collaborating with the Devs and PMs to ensure the features meet product requirements, are shipped with high quality, and on schedule
• Analyze, debug, and report defects and then verify fixed defects by creating regression test cases

Qualifications:
Successful candidates are self-motivated individual contributors and problem solvers, with strong technical background, demonstrated experience shipping software applications with a 12+ month product lifecycle and have a proven record of great cross-group collaboration and indirect leadership; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; good attention to detail and passion for quality; the ability to work as a team player. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting, developing, or testing a commercial software product, experience with C# and the .Net Framework, worked with automation tools and approaches. Solid design and object oriented programming experience. Background in testing Business Applications, using code profiling and performance analysis tools, and past experience with services is a plus. A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer science or related discipline is required.
