Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Controls Analyst. This is a contract assignment located in KS. You will need 3+ years of Schedule-Cost experience in the construction industry. Industrial or telecom project experience preferred. Responsibilities: - gt; Budget development, cost accounting, tracking, reporting and financial analysis - gt; Application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles - gt; Contractor coordination and management of associated costs - gt; Identify Change and Trend Management - gt; Critical path scheduling - gt; Makes recommendations for enhancing cost control and budget management practices - gt; Assists with monitoring of planned project scope to ensure compliance with expectations for budget and schedule - gt; Assist with the development of the Project Work Breakdown Structure and code of accounts, establishment of the budget from the project estimate, monitoring cost and quantities against the budget, forecasting the cost and flag early warnings for corrective action Requirements: - gt; 3+ years of Project Controls cost and schedule experience in the construction industry - gt; Experience in budget development, cost accounting, tracking, reporting and financial analysis - gt; Solid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles - gt; Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and engineering practices - gt; Advanced knowledge of project control tracking-forecasting-scheduling systems - gt; Critical path scheduling Benefits: - gt; Paid Vacation - gt; 401K - gt; Health Insurance, and more...
