Our client requires a Plant Fixed Equipment Engineer, BSME with 5-10 years in an oil refinery/petrochem/chemical plant to prepare designs and specifications related to refinery equipment process units and utility systems, develop solutions when equipment problems arise and responsible for project engineering and project management duties on projects of all sizes.
Individual will keep abreast of new technology as relates to refining equipment, make recommendations for equipment changes that will improve refinery operation, supervise and review designs and layouts of refinery equipment, be responsible for project schedules, budgets, quality of work, and compliance with company’s standards on projects performed by outside contractors as assigned by the Chief Engineer. Thorough knowledge of ASME codes required.
Location: Rural Kansas
Salary Range: $85-105,000
