Department of Energy Prime Contractor is actively searching for several experienced Seismic Qualification Engineers (All Experience Levels) to work near the South Carolina - Georgia border. This is your opportunity to be a part of a state of the art project. Responsibilities: - gt; Responsible for performing seismic equipment qualification duties, including seismic qualification to IEEE STD 344 standards - gt; Evaluate seismic interaction with other commodities, interface with procurement and other disciplines on seismic equipment qualification issues - gt; Perform review and acceptance of documents, seismic qualification calculations, witnessing, surveillance, and auditing of seismic tests Requirements: - gt; 3+ years experience in nuclear equipment qualification to IEEE Std 344 under a 10 CFR 50 Appendix B QA program - gt; Bachelor of Science in Civil - Structural or Mechanical Engineering - gt; NQA-1 or 10 CFR50 Appendix B quality assurance audit experience desired Benefits: - gt; Competitive Salary - gt; Fantastic Benefits - gt; 401K Retirement Plan - gt; Relocation Package
