A leading petroleum producer and refiner has a need for a Reliability Engineer for their plant in Southern Louisiana. Responsibilities: - gt; Responsible for all equipment and refractory reliability issues including collecting, tracking, analyzing, improving, and assisting on technical reliability issues company wide - gt; Analyze the reliability of plant equipment in several locations - gt; Develop the methods and measures of analysis based on equipment maintenance and operation requirements - gt; Prepare reports, charts and diagrams to disclose results and highlight areas for further investigation - gt; Perform follow-up investigations to determine product design flaws Requirements: - gt; Engineering degree with a minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance reliability field - gt; The knowledge of refractory, mechanical equipment and thermal imaging analysis is a must - gt; Experience working with vendors, contractors, and plant personnel necessary - gt; May lead and direct the work of others, so leadership skills are a plus Benefits: - gt; Competitive salary, commensurate on experience level - gt; Full company benefits, including 401K
