The Integrated Systems Division, which is part of ATK Mission Systems, is seeking hands on contributor who will be preparing statements of work, interfacing with functional organizations, reporting subcontracts status to program/IPT leaders and managing contract cost, schedule performance between ATKs Integrated Systems Division and its major subcontractors.

In this capacity reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management you will be managing one or more major subcontractors and assure that the subcontractor satisfies all contractual and programmatic requirements including product performance, on-time schedule milestones and executes within budgetary constraints, as applicable. You will be working directly with Prime program management and Integrated Product Teams to assure proper flow down of Prime program contractual requirements. In the position you will also be responsible for proposal support including acquisition strategy and subcontractor selection.
The Integrated Systems Division is a capabilities-based organization with competencies in systems engineering and architecture design, software development, modeling & simulation, specialized component development, subsystem development, system and platform integration and test, aircraft modification and FAA certification.

Performance Objectives

- BS in a technical discipline with 6 plus years direct technical and (or) project management experience, or the equivalent in experience.
- Proven ability to manage all the facets of engineering, finance, business management, contract performance as they pertain to subcontracts management.
- Knowledgeable in source selection and management of complex aerospace equipment combined with a successful track record of working in high pressure and short schedule environments.
- Be a strong negotiator and analytical thinker, problem solver, and possess a keen sense of customer satisfaction.
- US Citizen and be able to successfully obtain a DoD secret clearance - or higher
