Specialty Products Research & Development Group is seeking a Pilot Plant Engineer who is responsible for day to day operation of the Pilot Plant and related Process Development laboratory.  Additional duties include managing process development projects and small capital projects within the Pilot Plant and Process Development group. Troubleshooting and maintenance of Pilot Plant and laboratory equipment. Oversight and execution of process development projects, including design of experiments, issuing of run sheets, and collection and analysis of data. Transfer of technology to manufacturing sites. 

A degree in Chemical Engineering with 1 to 5 years experience. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Proficient in computer use, including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, and Power Point, and Access. Knowledge and basic proficiency in AutoCAD design and drafting software. Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers. Basic laboratory skills. Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
