JOB TITLE: Analyst-Logistic/Supply Chain/Automotive Lubricant

A lubricant manufacturer is actively searching for a Distribution Business Development Specialist with 10 years or more in national distribution, logistics and supply chain experience preferably in the lubricant and or automotive industry for a direct hire position in the Louisville, KY area. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company! Responsibilities: -> Reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager (Manufacturing) -> You will be part of a team that develops, launches and manages a national distribution network for bulk and packaged automotive, motorcycle, other lubricants -> Identifies and selects distributors to meet service and logistics needs -> Determines distributor territories -> Leads an investigation of different methods and/or partners for nationwide distribution of packaged products and makes recommendations for best fit with company s short and long-term objectives -> Works with Material and Logistics personnel on logistics, supply chain, transportation and inventory issues related to distribution -> Develops and manages business process flow for bulk and packaged distribution business Requirements: -> 10 years or more national distribution, logistics and supply chain experience preferably in the lubricant and or automotive industry -> Hands on experience with managing a distributor network and accompanying logistics and supply chain issues -> Knowledgeable and experienced in integrated Enterprise Resource Planning systems, distribution software and integration with customer systems -> High level computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access -> Ability to travel up to 75% USA-wide Benefits: -> Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package -> Relocation assistance for the right candidate -> Work for an industry leader
