We are currently seeking a Sr. Civil-Site Engineer with experience in Land Development and an entrepreneurial spirit to support strategic business opportunities in our Albany and King of Prussia offices. This is a fabulous opportunity to partner with our nationally renowned Senior Management team to grow our regional presence.

This position will be responsible for providing Project Managment fundamentals to lead a design team working on a variety of high profile land development related projects involving: site design, hydrology, grading and drainage design. You will also be responsible for expanding our project diversity through business development to existing and new clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science/Arts or equivalent experience in technical area of discipline
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency as an effective project manager
• Demonstrated success in business development. Must have prior experience in NYS or PA.
• Licensed design professional in his/her own discipline (in applicable states) desired
• Oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior
• Proven organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines and to work in a team oriented environment

Salary: 70-90K
