Environmental Compliance Engineer

Prominent Los Angeles consulting firm seeks experienced chemical engineer with a background in oil, environmental compliance, and major project construction.  Knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, MMRP, AQMD, AB 32, SB827, SB375, ERC, as well as pertinent regulatory agencies that have oversight of oil fields.  Must be self-starting, highly organized, and work well as a team player in teams made up of multiple entities.  This position plays a key role on major projects and interacts across all disciplines and levels, including state and local regulatory agencies.   The position is physically demanding and requires frequent inspection of construction sites.  The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years minimum experience,  LEED Certified and/or a Juris Doctor degree.
