Project Architect in St. Louis, MO

Requires a BS Degree in Architecture and registration is preferred.  5-10 years of experience. Will author and prepare Architectural working drawings and specs.  Coordinate all engineering drawings with the architectural and interior design drawings.  Manage drafting personnel assigned to the Project. Any previous Healthcare experience is a definite plus. Be responsible for the thoroughness of the detailed working drawings and specs. Perform code review/research. Maintain production records on progress and issues of the project. Review and process shop drawings and maintain and record changes on project during construction administration period.  Some travel required. Must be able to read and understand Engineering Documents, specs and shop drawings, work on multiple projects at the same time in various stages of preparation and construction. Autocad proficient. Will do some travel work.
